i absolutely love Folly Beach..........my son lives 5 miles on James Island from the beach........i moved there in 1979 from Maryland where the famous Ocean City is; and without question from the original Beach Bunny (i'm 81 years old) Folly is the the very best beach in the world.........i never want it to grow into another Myrtle Beach because its perfect the way it is........I lived in SC for about 10 years and its wonderful....The water is warmer by far than is OC, Md. great for kids the waves don't knock you all over the place..........and you can find sand dollars galore..................and there's a wonderful old Morris Island Light House......the beauty has brought tears to my eyes.....really.........xo........
