Recovering from surgery? Now you can do it in The Pierre Hotel
Guests enjoy the services of a surgeon, nutritionist and stylist to pamper post-op patients and provide 24-hour care and privacy, including round-the-clock care from Dr. Grant himself, personal shopping, custom menu creation, private escort to and from the room, spa and salon services in-room, 24/7 masseuse availability, car services and more.
Hmm, sure does sound better than sitting in our own bed. But, like most good things in life, all of these services are available at an extra cost and start at around $650 (a nutrition consult and five follow-ups). Add that to the $600+ per night hotel charge and you'll find that your recovery time just might be more expensive than the surgery itself, albeit a touch more pleasant.

OK< I guess, but know the difference between Fluff and Professional Nursing Care. Hotels and the cosmetic cutters are really big on the fluff suff, but you are on your own in the recovery suite unless you pay even more for professional care. Those 'recovery suites' are not hospital rooms and you won't get hospital-grade care. They are - at most - business ventures between a business-oriented surgeon and a hotel that needs to sell more rooms. Those suites are not, repeat- NOT high-end hospital services. If you have a serious problem, the best that you will get it someone who knows how to dial 9-1-1. BE careful!! -C.

Surgery, no matter what type, is a serious matter and should be treated as such.
This package was designed for patients who have received cosmetic surgery, who are medically cleared to be discharged from the facility where the procedure took place, are ready to go home and who wish instead to recover in a luxury hotel for privacy and pampering. The patient can check in to the hotel only after they are medically cleared from the hospital/ambulatory surgical center.
As is his practice for all of his patients, if for some reason a patient requires emergency assistance after being discharged from the facility where the surgical procedure took place, either Dr. Grant or one of his well qualified covering colleagues are available on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Dr. Grant and his team are based in Manhattan- so they can quickly respond and be there for your needs.
We apologize for any confusion. Patient safety will always be our primary concern. For more information please see http://www.robertgrantmd.com/pierre-hotel.html for more details.

People today have long realized that they do not need to suffer from any dissatisfaction in the way they look. Any body part which does not meet the standards of beauty can be changed in a matter of hours. Why live asking why you look like this and that when you have the option to completely change whatever you think that is making you ugly? making the cosmetic surgery industry more richer as it expand its cope like having hotels that is intended for patients who are recovering from surgery.

I personally don't think this is the good idea. The surgery or anything related to health has to be done in the hospital. As it is the matter of saftey.
Thanks,

This package is not for having plastic surgery in the hotel. Dr. Grant is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and has pledged to operate only in facilities that are fully accredited. Rather this stay at the Pierre Hotel is for post-operation recovery. Instead of going home after surgery, this package will give you privacy, pampering, and 24-hour services of a nutritionist, surgeon and stylist.
Sorry for any confusion. For more information please see http://www.robertgrantmd.com/pierre-hotel.html for more details.

A lot of people have been drawn to cosmetic surgery. This has been triggered by a persons’ desire to look aesthetically better for reasons such as job, peer pressure, self-esteem, and finding a good-looking partner in life.
