Last spring some friends and I took a week-long trip that included stops in Dublin, Liverpool, and London. One of my friends got her bag on the first flight but then wasn't as lucky as you. She was hit with overweight baggage fees for the rest of the flights. The worst part was we had a luggage scale back in our apartment that could've been a lifesaver... Lesson learned.
