Oh come on! This is obviously a major crime! Let's do what the law demands! We have a perfectly good shot of the culprit....we saw his face! :et's spend countless dollars in finding the perpetrator, when we catch him/her, we prosecute, and then follow Inca/Sharia law, and cut off it's freakin' wing. (since there is no hand to cut off) and then let it fend for itself. Simple....no?
