I am currently on the phone with Expedia trying to get them to match the rate on the website of the hotel I booked. A grand total of $20 a night for 2 nights. The agent took forever to check the website, then he had to actually call the hotel to confirm, then he had to talk to his help desk, then he came back on and said he had to talk to the help desk again. I am 38 minutes in right now with no end in site. Come on expedia!
