Following the success of their first summer grilling social, Hyatt's Summerfield Suites are once again preparing for a summer of free grilling events at their hotels.

The theme for this year is "Caribbean Cuisine", which means inspiration from ingredients like coconut, plantains and black beans.

Best of all, the chain is looking to its guests for some recipe ideas, and will reward the best one with free stays and an Apple iPad.
