You just keep trolling internet sites to try and insult people..... this guy is amazing who are you to downplay his accomplishment. I'm guessing he was working with the race organizers in some capacity. The UCI doesn't normally just "show up" to events, as far as I know. It actually looked to me like he was suggesting that the rider wear more protection (like a full-face helmet) next time...
