Great insights - being aware of your moon and your own limits is so important when traveling. Sometimes in the rush of flying here or there, we can forget to listen to our bodies and our moods, which can so easily lead to a collapse.
You can also combine getting healthy with traveling to a beautiful place. I've spent some time volunteering at the New Life Foundation, near Chiang Rai, Thailand, and it's a beautiful place. They help people who have suffered from depression, addiction, stress and burn out by helping them practice mindfulness as a means of creating healthy, sustainable habits in their lives.
