I would have to say, at least in Puerto Rico, that we have not really seen any downturn because of the economy.
When people are freezing on the east coast and fed-up digging out from another snow storm, $250 - $300 for airfare doesn't seem like that much money. Heck, in the time it takes some people to drive to work, they could instead be sitting on one of the top beaches in the world here in Culebra (http://culebrablog.com).
