Why does DISNEY do stupid stuff like this.....................Is any one else wondering WHY could this ride have its scheduled refurbish done during the COLDER months when the water attractions are less appealing..................Spring in SO CAL is when kids WANT TO GET WET...................Get with it DISNEY BETTER PLANNING ON YOUR PART would be beneficial........................$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

the spring time is some of their slower months in terms of attendance. They want it up and running for their busy season that begins in May (Memorial Day weekend) and for Christmas time. So this is pretty much the only available window. It does suck though. I'm taking my daughter on her 1st trip for her birthday and she's seen it on youtube and it's her favorite. Not so sure what I'm gonna tell her when we get there and it's closed :*(
