Sounds interesting, but I doubt there is going to be any ice farmers anytime soon. People are always looking for new ways to make their brew, the antarctic ice is a neat concept. $1850.00 is nothing compared to what the cost of some wine and spirits go for.
I would love to see some recipes here that homebrewers use, the special ingredients that make their beer taste good.
