I'd use it for my first ice climbing/mountaineering trip this winter! Being a California girl, I'm going to need all the extra warmth and coziness I can get! Watch out New Hampshire!

I'm headed back to Kashmir this winter and would use it in the snowy backcountry of the the Pir Panjal range. If I win, expect an email with words and photos from a ski adventure at 15,000 feet.

First place I'd use this is at Umstead State Park here in Raleigh. After that, we would go into the Blue Ridge Mountains and really give it a workout.

Greenland! I just came back from Iceland a month ago, and unfortunately I didn't have time to make a quick hop to Greenland, but I would love to experience the place.

I would use this when I summit Mt. Whitney later this year as well as numerous other back country hikes. In a few years I plan to do the high sierra trail or the john muir trail and this bag would probably be right at home on either of those two.

Well, my wife always told me about one of her favorite winter camping experiences in the mountains near Salt Lake City. She and a friend pitched their tent in the snow and when they awoke the next morning they had sunk 6 inches. So, if I were to win this sleeping bag I would take my wife winter camping and try to recreate this experience.

I'd first use this to take my kids sleeping outdoors under the stars, then I'd take it out hunting for that ever elusive snipe.
