..Daghh!!, dude am Peruvian.. and that Bull's thing is like... whoaaa!! That's pretty much how some of the "mountain" people of Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia do it. I never saw anything like that in the major cities, though. Reminds me a bit of some the US area's "country" delicacies such as Pickled Pig's feet, frog legs and hanged foul. Dyaam!!.
Looking forward to your next installment, in the mean time I'll pray for you... and the bull too...
