Wait a minute, something ain't right here. There's a "quiet" tower but it's "family friendly"? Have the people that set the policy MET children? Because the last time I was near some, they were not exactly quiet. Maybe they should add a hangover tower for those who need the quiet most between the hours of, oh, 4am and noon.
Also, hello, is there an enforcement policy? Because that's, uh, kinky.
