These pyramids will open in three years? Ha...in Egypt, that means more like 10-20 years, if ever. "Next week, God willing..." as they say. This is just another publicity stunt by Egypt. Go the the pyramids at Giza or anywhere else that are open and all you'll find is trash everywhere, children asking for money, and guards taking bribes to let you climb on the pyramids. These monuments will be much better off if they are NEVER opened...that is, if Cairo's pollution doesn't cause them to corrode first.
