Totally agree with your Toledo pick. It's a little gem. I live in a city of comparable size, and comparable beginnings but I'm a little miffed that our city fathers were not so prescient, tasteful and generous as Mr. Libbey when it came to our museum. (I think they were busy smoking cigars and trading money in card games.). Well, God bless him. He did good.
May not get to visit the picks in the other hemisphere but will add to the list. Thanks for cool article.
