Use a t-shirt as a pillow case - Hotel tip
You've already gotten the benefit of wearing your t-shirt. Now, make that shirt work just a little harder. If you're concerned about the cleanliness of your pillow, the inside of your shirt is probably cleaner (or at least more acceptable) to lie on than a suspect pillowcase. Simply turn the shirt inside-out, slide it over your pillow, and you're good to go... to sleep.

Make sure you don't get bitten by bed bugs - or worse take them home with you! The best thing ever for bed bugs is Greenbug for People (www.greenbugallnatural.com). Greenbug kills bed bugs instantly plus kills all eggs and larva of the next generation. Pull back covers and spray along the top and sides of the mattress, under the headboard and any artwork above the bed. This will kill all existing bed bugs and keep any migrating bugs away. It smells great - just like cedar! Cedar is why it works - think of cedar chests and closets that never have bugs - it is because cedar kills and repels all bad bugs and Greenbug has figured out how to use it. When you leave, spray the outside of your luggage to make sure no bed bugs have jumped on. Greenbug works AND it is completely safe for kids, pets, etc. Great stuff!

Nice little tip, also convenient using a t-shirt for propping up your pillow for comfort, quickly dabbing a wet face in a hurry (if you don't feel like using supplied towels), or quickly wrapping around a slightly cut finger. I think people feel more conscious, particularly in different environments, by adapting their own clothing or linen for instant suitability and in some cases with hygiene in mind. Hygiene of course is important for customers in hotel rooms, and customers perhaps be aware particularly for linen items. Even better, bring your own pillow. I do, for that reason, plus I am custom to my own pillow. Have a hard time using any other one.
