I agree that the US airline industry is lacking. I have been traveling for 20 years in the US and Canada and in the last 2 years I have been going to Europe and the Middle East. Let me tell you I fly economy and it is like First Class in the North America. You get all of the attention you need with all of the extras for free. I know its included in the price of the fare but I am getting very tired of the US carriers complaining about every thing they can on TV or in the news to help with the bottom line.
Why not give people what they want? Good service with all of the items in the price of the ticket and quit whinning about your profits in the news. If you can't make it then do something else.
