So many contributors to this article, and not one of 'em can write worth a damn. Does the Internet hire no one but 20-year-olds? As other commentators have also noted, the text is full of grammatical bloopers. Just for starters, take the following grossly misplaced modifiers:
'Known as "the island of romance," honeymooners are swept away...' (But didn't John Donne tell us that 'No man is an island'?)
'Towering a staggering 235 feet high, more than 2,000 birds nest on the rock...' (Forget the beach or the rock - I wanna go see those gigantic birds!)
And how hard is it to know the difference between complimented and complemented? Shouldn't a person have at least passed English Lit & Comp 101 before they get hired to write these things?
