It is true that the northern part of ethiopia namely Tigray is full of history. Both Tigray and Eritrea share the Axumite civilization. Adulis in eritrea was the main gate of Axumite civilization. Even Daemiteite kinkdom that predates the Axumite civilzation was located aroun this area. The two people need make peace and tourism could flourish in Tigray andv Eritrea. Tourists could have visted Axum, Yeha, Damo, Abreha atsbeha in Tigray and cross to eritrea to visit, metera, keskese, Adulis and Massawa. But die hard lewders from both countreies have made impossible among the two people.
