Be wary if you are offered a seat in First Class if you are seated on a full flight and the door hasn't been closed, and they are offering free tickets if anyone will leave the plane. This happened to me on Delta and as a medallion flyer I was not at all suspicious. Once I got up to First Class there was no empty seat and I was escorted off the plane. Had to wait three hours for another flight from Logan to West Palm. I was not given a free ticket. Unless you see an empty seat, stay put.
