Please, I am a frequent business traveler and the majority of flight crew personnel are all burned out and really have no interest in thier jobs at all. They are nothing more than over glorified "Space Waitresses". My father was in the airline industry for 30 years and those people then actually cared about the job that they did, and the service they provided. I do believe that a great deal of this discord comes from the airlines paying too little to these people who deal with the public while enhancing the executives salaries that really never go near the public. Much like retailers do. I think we all need to remember that the 911 terrorists did not borad the planes with bombs or guns....they were box knives. And had passangers not been so complacient could have been subdued. The one group of passangers woke up albiet a little late and made a tremendous difference. But still remember it was the passangers that made the difference on that flight, not the flight crew. They were mostly already deceased prior to the actual crash. Look around as you travel now on domestic flights how cranky and less than helpful the flight crew is, something needs to be domne to either help them with thier jobs or help them find the door to another one.
