How do you pass the time in airports during delays?
With nasty weather once again enveloping the Northeastern United States and winter showing no signs of ending anytime soon, thousands of travelers find themselves killing a lot of time at airports. Flight delays are a fact of life and there's not a whole lot you can do about it unless you want to pay the fees necessary to change your flights. That leaves us all spending much of our holiday or business trip twiddling our thumbs in crowded, boring airport terminals.Let us know by voting in the poll below and feel free to elaborate in the comments.

Depends on how long the delay is but if I am stuck overnight in a place like ORD,
I will use the time for plane spotting and photographing them.Excellent entertainment,
coming from a life-long aviation buff. I will read a big weekend Chicago Tribune paper.
I only wish that some of the classic airliners were still around. They made air travel
more comfortable. Small airports, with little or no air traffic ? Hmmm. It can be
awkward because there are no planes to spot, coming and going except the one(s)
I am booked on. All you can do is sit tight, stay out of trouble and read.If there is a
reasonable restaurant or cafe at a small airport during a long delay, I try to stock up
on snacks and drinks before my next flight is called.
