Photo of the Day (2.21.2010)
Check out this stunning reflection shot of the Taj Mahal, brought to us by Photo of the Day regular, jrodmanjr. There's just so much good stuff going on here, it's hard to know where to start - the clusters of people, faded colors and the wonderful lighting all help to move your eye around the scene. A unique perspective on one of the world's most-photographed landmarks.

You know this is shown upside down don't you?

Well spotted.

Thanks everyone! The photo is indeed "flipped", as many of you probably have guessed. Once I took a look at it upside down in-camera, I really liked how the dirt and debris at the bottom of the reflecting pool added some effects to the "sky". So I recomposed with the reflection in mind, fired off a few more shots, and this is what turned out.

Good catch guys. I didn't even notice it was flipped when I picked it. Now I think it's even better. Jrodmanjr, nice shot!

@Jeremy - no kidding? Wow, thanks!
Here's another take on the "flipping", this one is in San Francisco.
