Hey there!
I was in SEAsia last summer and really loved vietnamese and khmer cuisine. The crabs in tamarind sause are really great. If you haven't, you must try Hoi An's won ton with shrimp and the crispy noodles.

Hey Rita - thanks a lot for sharing your comments on SE Asia food. My travels here are turning me into a raging foodie. So much good stuff to eat! I did visit Hoi An earlier in my trip and really enjoyed the "Cao Lau" noodles made from the local water. Good reco!
