Creative enough to win a free trip to Amsterdam?

The Netherlands Board of Tourism is at it again. Last year, they held an artsy contest awarding a free trip to whoever had the cleverest "what I would give up" photo entry. Now, there's a new contest: "Just be. In Holland."
By answering a Holland-themed question correctly on the website (no labor), you could win:
- A monthly delivery of fresh tulips for a year
- An exclusive Gassan 121 diamond made in Amsterdam
- A quintessentially Dutch bicycle
- An iconic piece of Dutch design furniture
If you put in a little effort and create a photo entry "portraying how you might 'Just be. In Holland,'" you could win two roundtrip KLM business class tickets to Amsterdam, as well as a four night stay at Sofitel Amsterdam The Grand (it's grand). While all this is going on, New Yorkers, keep an eye on the S train (Shuttle between Times Square and Grand Central). It's going to look something like the photo at right, and there will be street teams from the Netherlands Board of Tourism distributing Holland-themed giveaways. Dank u wel!
The contest goes live on Holland.com today, February 4, 2010. Send this to all your artsiest friends, as the most "creative" entry will be picked!

I stayed at the Sofitel near the Dam many years ago. It was a wonderful time, I had just gotten engaged the night before. Its near all the attractions and the service and staff was fantastic. I would kill to be able to go back 9 years later.

We stayed at the Sofitel Grand. I think that it was built in 1650. We had a wonderful time in the city. The canal rides, Anne Frank"s house, The Van Gough Museum. There are a million things to do and see. Riding a bike in that town is an experience that every world traveler should take part in. Every person we met was so polite. The hotel staffers were patient with us explaining how to get to certain places. Great restaurants for every pocket book are also wonderful. Argentine steaks are one of my farvorite foods over there. Even if you don't win the contest please treat your self to a week in Amsterdam and Holland.

I'd like to go to Holland to see wooden shoes filled with tulips tied to the vanes on a windmill.

I have traveled to Holland on five different occasions and loved every minute of it.
The people are great to be and converse with, the ambiance of drinking a cup of coffee at an outdoor cafe in Amsterdam says it all. I love the architecture of the buildings. I have traveled in a car around Holland and find the country very beautiful and serene.

Amsterdam is a lovely place. Tha Anne Frank House is a moving memorial to a wonderful and brillant child. The city is busy but still has a unique charm. There are areas that are free spirited and unique. The Dutch countryside is beautiful.
