If you have no money you get on medicaid and you are treated. Remember there are tons more people with HIV/AIDS outside the US than here. They have just been taken off the no fly list. A couple years ago a friend of mine in San Francisco who is a government worker, said that her Latino, gay co-workers were telling all of their friends in Central and South America to come here for free medical care for their AIDS. They were told that they would be set up with attorneys to help them access their rights. I imagine that if you could get enough people in with AIDS, you could probably spend in the trillions and overwhelm the medical centers. This is another method of spreading the wealth globally.
