Thanks for the props. I understand your scepticism. All I can do is try to assure you that one of the two agents' notebooks was indeed found on a street. I'm sure you can understand why I cannot divulge material content from the notebook.
The TSA has not responded to my requests for comment. That means they have not responded to confirm or DENY the report. If they confirm the report, it would likely be yet another PR nightmare. If they deny it, and evidence proves otherwise, they would be seen as liars.
