Tell me...how is it "cavorting" when you're simply taking a photo which was probably used as a publicity still by the local restaurant?
Celebrities pose for shots like this all the time! For instance, back in 1967, I was with my high school's journalism staff at an all-state conference at which the governor attended. One of my friends and I had our photo taken with him. It made for good public relations for that governor and our high school had bragging rights with the photo of two of its own.
It CERTAINLY did not mean we were "cavorting" with the chief of the state.
