Pretty much all celebrities that go to Hooters get their picture taken with the waitresses. That includes males, females, cheaters and non-cheaters alike. Sorry, but if you have to make a title like "Tiger Woods spotted cavorting with Hooters waitresses..." and then immediately soften it with a "Well, sort of" then it's not news.

At this point it's like beating a dead horse anyway.
