How about World Myocardial Infarction Day? World Cancer Day? World Stroke Day? Maybe even World Diabetes Day? The question is, why all the tears over those who suffer or suffered AIDS over others with equally or more deadly diseases? Yes, I know AIDS can be contracted by those not homosexual through dirty needles accidentally (or not) and other ways. Still, the vast majority have invited the disease though their own behavior, primarily unprotected sex of drug use. For this they get a quilt and recognition bordering on praise? How about a day for smokers who die from lung cancer?
Give me a break.
And what has this article got to do with travel?
