It depends on the type of cruise you take. I'd hate a Disney cruise I suspect. Look at shore excursions that are offered and the type of activities on board to see if you'd be interested. I never put on a bathing suit or hung out by the pool. I didn't read one book. We did shore excursions, I exercised in the workout room, went to arts and crafts, took dance lessons, yoga lessons, went to shows, visited with people I met etc. I was also traveling with my kids so they kept me entertained.
