we also went on the dream ship-it was a nightmare!!! when i called carnival to complain they said 3,999 other people would book cruises, they didnt care that i wouldnt book with them again im leaving in may on a norwegien ship, hope they have better customer service loading was late, meal service was terrrible, shows were full, ship is just toooooooooooo big , excursions were poorly planned and expensive casino was standing room only most nights, and all the table games were $5 and up, no $3 playing on this ship, room service was a long wait, at least 2 hours, slides were closed most of the time, we had to wait in a line like cattle for late seating and the list goes on.................. try a smaller ship, princess preferably!!!
