I think your comments about boarding are correct but you did not tell the general public that it is not the way they usually board passangers. I was on the Dream on the twelth and thirteenth the day before you and yes boarding was slow and it took a long time to board. Once we boarded we had a wonderful time and maybe your neighbors were just loud because once in our stateroom we did not hear anything fror our neighbors or people in the hall.
There we more things to see and do than could possiable be done in one overnight. I think that you should lighten up because we had a wonderful time.
