Amtrak it ain't is RIGHT. After living in China for 5 years and traveling by train pretty much every major trip, I then went home and traveled from BOSTON to Chicago on Amtrak. WHAT A JOKE! I was so used to the trains in China... stopping at a random station and just getting out and buying stuff... not in America...nope. The station was out in the middle of nowhere... no food no nothing. I couldn't even get much hot water for my instant noodles on the Amtrak train. UGH!
Give me a China train any time!
