In respect to increase the economic growth in tourism area, the tourism expert should manage and maintain one cash flow so that they can keep the record of day to day activity. Also the companies should recruit that type of staffs who can give their 100% to the companies and try to explore various opportunities. The companies should also Pre-empt the market by preparing staff and systems to meet the challenge. By celebrating the achievement of company with staff and customer so that company can engage with staff and customer. These are some ideas through which the tourism can also be improved.
