Several things here. I have brought this application and it is a lot more than just relaxation. I have also experienced many different types of help and this does a lot to give you control over your fears. It is portable and a lot more practical and usable than anything else that is out there. I have also researched lots of people that offer help for people like me. Virgin have been doing their course for ages and I have friends that have been through it. This app offers some great little things that can be done to help people like me. It is not the complete course cos that is all day - it is just some great elements of the day. I have also experienced some of what you offer and you approach fear of flying like we are all basket cases. I think it is preposterous to suggest that reading about borderline personality disorder and poor primary care givers is relevant to us all. Most sufferers are well adjusted people with responsibilities and we just want some practical help. I wonder if your reply is anything to do with you being a competitor of their's and you have not come out with your own app?!? Get a life retired Captain Tom!
