Two questions about Ski.com's most affordable ski resorts in North America.

1. What is the closest ski resort to most of Southern California
2. What Southern California ski resort is offering more affordable deals than ANYBODY on the list?

The answer is Mt Baldy.

Mt Baldy is offering skiers and snowboarders SEASON passes for only $99.95. For affordability alone Mt Baldy deserves to the list.

Mt Baldy is the closest ski resort to much of Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire and all of Orange and San Diego Counties.

Now that is close and very affordable.

I understand affordablity depends on how far you are travelling, but if you live in Southern California Mt Baldy should be considered.

Mt Baldy is off the 210 freeway just minutes north of Upland and Claremont.
