Thanks for writing up the service, Grant. You were certainly lucky enough to not have a single delay or cancellation on your whole trip. While I think many people would still find value in that (the less savvy traveler, I agree), had something gone wrong you might have seen much more value yourself.
Of course, I tend to agree that a less frequent flier would really benefit the most here even when things do go well. I've had many customers so far who have had smooth sailing but they still felt the service was worthwhile.
Thanks for trying it out, and maybe you can do it again when you need to connect in New York on a snowy day!
