I can understand his fustration, as I once was stuck in ATL, tring to get the damn thing to work, so then it tells me there is an error, go to check in, and by the time I got thru in line, they wouldnt allow me on the plane! I was so pissed..but I didnt beat the machine up, but if I had have known that was a option! lol...but seriously I understand he is wrong and should have to pay for it, but I think felonly charges may be abit harsh.
