First it is not arabian sea, it is persian gulf...read some history please.
Second I am not sure how reliable your source is but I don't think they cancell the whole plan, maybe it is delayed.
Third the one you mentioned is occupied by sheikh mohammad is wrong again, that is the sample model for vistors or potential buyers.
Well after reviewing my comments it seems it is hard to belive your story, but who cares this is internet and you can write whatever u want...
