At the risk of being labeled a spammer, I use AAA Affordable in the Dallas, TX area... the owner of the company personally handles every pickup, even if it's not him behind the wheel. His drivers are required to call him and report status when they pick up a customer, and he doesn't hesitate to replace drivers with less than impeccable records.
The ONLY time in almost two years of using his service that I have had to wait for a car was when my flight arrived over 30 minutes early even though flightstats and the airline were reporting an on time arrival. It was rush hour and he had two guys nearby, so he sent BOTH of them because he figured one of them would find a good way to get around the traffic and not keep me waiting. Sure enough, I had just enough time to walk back inside for a pit stop and as I walked back out my phone was ringing, the owner calling to tell me who to look for.
