Re: the Icelandic hot dogs - they're made with lamb and pretty yummy on their own, but what really makes them are the toppings. They're covered with mustard, ketchup, some kind of gravy-like sauce (I am kicking myself for not buying a jug of it in the grocery store!), and remoulade. Soooo good.
Sean - I'll actually be in Madrid in December, but only for about 17 hours (long layover). I have done some wine-tasting in Rioja and I'll agree, Spanish wine is excellent!
