Great idea; way too expensive. There can't be a bucks worth of materials and labor in each one.
I'd buy a bunch at $1 each, and I bet there would be a run on them at any store carrying them.

Check out REI, I bought some of these for a recent trip and there's no way I paid $6 for them.
