@About "free training", we have the same kind of system with Air France in France plus we have another public and totally free school called the ENAC. But if its pretty hard to go trough the selection process, this year 2100 persons tried and there is only 48 places. Now only 180 peoples remain in the selection and I'm in !
I hope you'll make it.
