DELTA CHARGED ME $100.00 EXTRA FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER 13 WHO WAS TRAVELING WITH HER SISTER WHO IS 15 FROM DFW TO ATLANTA ON FLIGHT 1924 WHICH IS 2 HRS. WHEN I ASKED WHAT THAT WAS FOR I WAS TOLD GROUND PERSONEL WOULD MEET HER AT THE TICKET DESK AND ESCORT HER TO THE PLANE. WE SAW NO ONE. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN I WAS TOLD BY A MS. KELLY THAT THEY WERE NOT A "BABY SITTING SERVICE". THE FEE WAS FOR , "IF THERE WAS TROUBLE ON THE PLANE". I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT DELTA TO COMPLAIN AND EVERYTIME I EMAIL THEM IT WILL NOT GO THROUGH. NO WONDER DELTA IS IN TROUBLE. IT IS NOT THE MISTAKES THAT ARE MADE BUT, THE WAY A COMPANY HANDLES THEM AND MS. KELLY WAS ABRASIVE, RUDE. ARRAGANT AND CONDESCENDING . IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION AS TO HOW I CAN MAKE A COMPALINT DIRECTLY TO DELTA I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE.
