That's why El-Al interviews all passengers before boarding and does intensive profiling (to heck with hurt sensibilities!). to avoid stuff like this or worse. Here, in the US, we get random patdowns of little old ladies ( never mind the middle eastern young man behind her) and confiscate tweezers.

The Israelis, know that you can never find all the weapons (Lexan knives) but that you can perceive who is a risk as long as you do away with political correctness.
