I agree with SHEYNK. I would lose the tips, and there is way too much stuff.
I have standardized on retractable USB chargers (USB plug on one end which can plug into your computer's USB port, proprietary charger jack on the other end which plugs into a device). Retractable means no wire tangle when packed, and USB compatibility means I only need one type of AC/DC adapter (I have both the tiny Apple iPhone USB power adapter, which is international voltage capable and beautifully small; and this 4-USB outlet jack: http://www.usbfever.com/index_eproduct_view.php?products_id=1141). In a pinch you can also just plug into your laptop or netbook, if you've brought one.
My usual charging kit is 2 retractable cables (mobile phone, iPod), one Apple iPhone USB power adapter, and the charger for my laptop or netbook. This takes up hardly any room and is easy to pack.
