New Pet Airways lets dogs embark and keeps cats out of the reeear

Love the concept of this airline and couldn't wait to use it to transport the new addition to my family. Just a caution for those making reservations on Pet Airways. The tickets are non-refundable, and there is no disclosure on the reservations page. They do issue a credit voucher good for 1 year, but if you have infrequent need for pet transportation, this is not a good option. The only reference is found on the FAQs.
