It is scientifically impossible to get high from second hand marijuana smoke. You will suffocate and pass out before you become intoxicated. Sure a small amount of THC will be absorbed into the blood, but such a small amount that any trace would be gone within the hour, not show on a drug test, and any effects felt would be minimal. It is annoying and some do not like to be in the presence of it, but the concentrations are not high enough to produce intoxication.
His pilots should do a bit of research before making themselves look ignorant.
